Last surf

It's late afternoon just east of Victor Harbor and a couple of surfers are getting in their last surf before the curtains of night are drawn. The beach here, that stretches right down to the Coorong has its own sound. With the Southern ocean waves that seem to continually roll along in lines, you can't hear one particular wave. The sound of all of them together is like the resounding applause in a huge stadium. Perhaps it's natures way of appreciating the grand spectical of this ampitherical coast.
